Deirdre Donchian is a credentialed PCAC* ADHD Coach and Licensed Mental Health Therapist.
Deirdre has worked with clients since 2004 in various aspects of cognitive and learning differences.
Deirdre is currently drawing upon her life experience and training to focus on Adults, Young Adults and Older Teens or parents of individuals who are grappling with ADD/ADHD or who struggle with various aspects of Executive Function challenges such as

Deirdre’s style includes a combination of respect, kindness, trust, creativity, self awareness, mindfulness, and humor. She works
towards developing deeper self knowing and personal
empowerment for her clients.
Deirdre has a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern Maine. Deirdre studied with Carol Gignoux, M. Ed, and is a PCAC credentialed coach with the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC).
Deirdre is a member of ACO (ADHD Coaches Organization), CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), * PAAC (Professional Association of ADHD Coaches) & NASW (National Association of Social Workers).
* PAAC is the international credentialing organization for ADHD Coaches. Their credentialing levels are CAPC, PCAC & MCAC.
